Return conditions

You can apply for a return under the following circumstances:

1、Please apply for return of goods within 14 days after receipt;

2、The product is unused and maintains its original packaging and labels;

3、The product is not a special offer, customized product or fragile product;

Return application process

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

2、Confirm return: Customer service will review your application within 1-3 working days and confirm the return information.

3、Send the goods back: After confirmation, please send the goods back to the designated address within 7 days and keep the express delivery number.

Refund process

We will process the refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions. The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original method, usually arriving within 3-5 working days.

Special instructions

1、Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem with the product.

2、Product damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product and we will assist in handling it.

3、Items not eligible for return: We are unable to provide returns if the item has been used or damaged.
